Kristeel-Shinwa Industries Ltd - a member of the Krislon Group Of Companies, was established in 1973. It was set up in technical collaboration with Shinwa Rules Company Limited, Japan, the largest manufacturer of stainless steel rules and measuring instruments in Asia. 

Kristeel-shinwa has the largest share of the Indian market and is the most preferred choice in the International market for Stainless Steel Precision Rules & Gauges. Kristeel has its headquarters in Mumbai & its state of the art manufacturing set-up is located at Silvassa. The factory is laid out to the collaborators exacting standards, with plant & equipments, imported from USA, Italy and Germany. Ongoing R & D, stringent quality control, inspection and constant up-gradation of plant and machinery makes Kristeel products the most preferred brand in Indian industry today.

Also mention worthy is the certification we have received for our precision measuring rules by the European Economic Community (EEC) for accuracy as per Class–I and II standards. We are also certified as ISO 9001–2008 company by TUV, Suddeutschl and Group, Germany and are now working towards following 6 Sigma Management practices 

Kristeel has been adhering to stringent international norms for each of its manufacturing processes. Kristeel aims towards ‘0’ defect manufacturing through its Total Quality Management methods and attention to detail. Also, a strict Statistical Process Control System in each stage of the manufacturing process is followed. This ensures that there is no compromise in quality.
